EVENT: Let’s Get Organized: May Day Past, Present, and Future
The Us working class has a rich history of struggle, and has shown it has the capacity to overcome the worst adversities and win major victories.
Join us for a discussion of the history of US workers’ struggle, from the first May Day in 1886 to the revival of protests on May Day in 2006 with the immigrant rights movement.
We will also discuss possibilities today and perspectives for organizing going forward.
